Our group of volunteers
is recording the county's historic public and private
parks,
gardens and garden features.
There are historic parks and gardens in Bedfordshire are currently listed on the English Heritage Parks and Gardens Register.
There are certainly more that should be protected.
The Trust also offers
advice on garden restoration projects
and their financing.

Each year the Trust
offers members a programme of
talks by specialists on garden history
and other topics such as plant
hunting and garden skills.
Members are encouraged to

Encouraging a love of gardens and landscapes in children is an important part of the Trust's planned activities, which must be addressed by the recruitment of suitably qualified volunteers.
